David has previously worked for magic circle and international law firms in the City of London. He is qualified as a Solicitor and Barrister in the High Court of Australia. He is a litigation lawyer and also advises on family trusts, pensions and corporate matters. Qualified as a Solicitor in 1985.
Marie is a commercial lawyer with a strong IT and telecoms background having previously worked in-house for major telecommunications companies internationally and in the UK. She qualified in English law from an EU law qualification in 2019. Marie speaks fluently French and Spanish and her strengths are in providing pragmatic advice and keeping things simple wherever possible.

Maisie specialises in general commercial litigation and advising on intellectual property disputes and contracts. She has longstanding relationships with well-known designers, architects, record labels, musicians and marketing agencies. Maisie qualified as a Solicitor in 2012.

Holly is a litigation lawyer with wide experience, including in relation to commercial, corporate, pensions and property disputes in the High Courts of Justice and the County Courts. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019, Holly also has advised on non-contentious commercial and corporate matters for a range of clients, from sole traders and start-ups to SMEs.

Josh is a Trainee Solicitor having recently graduated with first-class honours in his LLB and LPC. He brings experience from a range of legal areas, having worked in the Ministry of Justice, private banking, NGO’s and multi-sector in-house roles. Josh intends to specialise in litigation and intellectual property but is responsive to all areas which may assist the team.

Nigel qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and since worked with household names in the music, film, design, and architectural industries. Nigel is an IP specialist but also has a wealth of experience in company matters, commercial litigation, defamation and media and entertainment.
